Dear Mr. Luis D. Torres Torres

After visiting the cafeteria in the university for a while I’ve been asked to evaluate the service and the personal.  The past Monday at my break time I eat in the cafeteria and ordered a complete lunch.  I observed that the inside of and tables of the place are clean, but the trashcan is always full and fall to the floor.  I think the food is good; most of the time, there’s also times that the food is not really good.  But the prices are fine and economical considering the economic situation of the students.  The personal is always fast and attentive. The employees who work with foods are always with their hair covered and use gloves.

I think that but you can also improve in making a new menu and not recycling food for other days. And be more attentive with the trash situation.
